They think they’re just playing.

Your kid will jump into the foam pit, race across the turf, make something messy, laugh with a new friend, and ask you on the drive home, “When can we go back?” What they won’t tell you is that they just practiced sharing, navigated a disagreement, tried something that scared them, and felt proud of themselves.

That’s not an accident. Every session is built around the kind of skill-building that looks like the best part of their week. You get time back. They get something that actually sticks.

Every day here has a rhythm kids can count on — with plenty of room for the messy, joyful, made-a-new-friend moments that make them beg to come back.

1

Arrive & settle

A welcome by name and an easy opening activity, so every kid starts the day feeling like they belong.

2

Make, move & explore

The day’s project, foam pit and turf time, exploratory play, and outdoor garden time — hands-on, screen-free, built around real skill-building.

3

Wind down & connect

Lunch together, a calmer creative block, and time to reflect — so they leave proud of something they did that day.

Questions parents ask us

How do school closure days work?

Pick the dates you need, one at a time or with a pass. Days run 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with extended day to 4:00 PM for $25 more. Pack a labeled water bottle, a lunch, and a snack — we’ll tell you ahead of time if a date needs anything extra.

Which school calendars do your closure dates follow?

The full list is on the closure days page — it covers the Phoenixville, Tredyffrin-Easttown, and Great Valley calendars. You don’t have to attend any of those schools to book. If your district has a day off that isn’t on our list, text Nicole and ask.

What’s included in a birthday party?

Ninety minutes, instructor-led, up to 10 children: foam pit, turf games, then food and cake in the party room. Families bring food, drinks, and decorations; pizza and water can be added on. Most weekends are open — a $100 deposit holds your date, and the balance is due a week before.

Can our sports team or club come as a group?

Yes — that’s Off the Field, a ninety-minute team bonding session for teams and clubs. Foam pit challenges, a round-table craft, and pizza if you want it. Coaches tell us it’s the night the group actually clicks.

Can we rent the space for our own event?

We rent The Turf, three group rooms, and the Adult Loft — $125 an hour with a two-hour minimum, or half- and full-day rates. Tell us which rooms and roughly what day of the week you’re thinking and we’ll send back what’s open.

Is it really screen-free?

Yes — 100%. The whole point is hands-on making, movement, and real connection. No tablets, no “movie day” filler.

Who’s actually with my child?

Small groups led by Clubhouse educators, in a space founded and overseen by Nicole Weirich — a bilingual special educator with 13+ years of experience and an M.S. in School Psychology.

As a mom of three (10, 7, and 3), finding a place that feels calm, creative, and actually enjoyable is a rare win. You can connect with friends without yelling over noise or juggling chaos. It’s the kind of place you walk into and think, “This is what we’ve been missing.”
★★★★★
Debra D.
My son has enjoyed the soccer program so much we signed him up for 2 sessions. I believe it boosted his confidence, and he’s looking forward to rec soccer this spring. Without this program, I don’t think he would’ve wanted to sign up this year.
★★★★★
Kristen S.
Nicole and her team took charge of the flow and logistics, which left us open and present to enjoy the celebration. Several parents left saying “I got to sit and actually have an adult conversation.” My daughter went to bed with a huge smile saying, “That was so much fun!”

The Clubhouse has saved me on multiple days when school has been closed or my kids have an early release. Not only do I trust them, but my kids look forward to going and love it there. Nicole immediately makes you feel at ease.
★★★★★
Alyssa H.
My kids are constantly asking when they can come back. We’ve done school closure days, camp, Friday night hangs, and workshops. As an adult, I’ve been able to get work done while my kids enjoy all that’s offered. We love The Clubhouse!
★★★★★
Brittany G.
My kids were being a little shy at first and immediately opened up once the activities started. They didn’t want to leave and told me they can’t wait to go back. It’s nice to have a non-screen place where my kids can have fun and learn important life skills.
★★★★★
Amanda G.
My daughter (2.5 yrs) almost instantly connected with Nicole, and she isn’t always so trusting of people she doesn’t know. I could see how safe she felt. What a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
★★★★★

My boys look forward to going every week and I love seeing them thrive there! As a stay-at-home mom, it’s so nice to bring my kids somewhere that I can relax while they safely play. 10/10 would recommend!
